General Questions
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operations are generally 8am to 8pm, but may be different depending on the site.
Will my vehicle fit through the wash?
All stock vehicles and non-dually trucks will fit in all of our washes. Some of our locations are able to wash dually trucks. If you have a dually truck or a vehicle with any aftermarket modifications, we recommend you check with a manager at the location you are interested in washing at.
Can you Wash Soft-topped jeeps or convertibles?
Yes. As long as your roof is waterproof and closed fully, you will have no issues.
Are the vacuums, towels, and mat cleaners free to use?
Yes, vacuums, towels, and mat cleaners are all complimentary with the wash. When done using the towels, please place them in the dirty towel bin.
What if my vehicle is damaged in the wash?
Our washes are extremely safe, but if your vehicle is ever damaged, speak to the manager on site and they will open up an incident report. We advise all customers to view one of the disclaimer boards around the site before washing your vehicle.
Membership Questions
How do I become a member?
Sign up for a monthly membership by heading directly to the site of your choice, and picking your desired package from one of the pay stations.
Can I change my membership package?
Yes. You can change your membership package whenever you'd like by speaking to any wash employee on site.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes. When you sign up for an Unlimited Plan, you are not locked into a contract. Cancellation request must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once a cancellation has been processed, you will be able to use you plan up until your recharge date.
How can I cancel my Unlimited Membership?
If you need to cancel your Unlimited Membership, contact the site or speak with an employee in person.
How do I pay for my membership?
The card that you used to sign up with, be automatically recharged until that card is changed or the account is cancelled.
What do I do if I get a new credit card?
Speak with an employee on site, and they will update the credit card information for you.
What do I do if I get a new license plate?
The next time you visit one of our washes, drive up to one of the pay lanes and tell the wash attendant that you have new plates. They will update your account to use the new plates and you are all set!
How often can I wash as a member?
You can wash as often as you'd like as long as your unlimited plan remains active. If your account fails to recharge, you will not be able to wash your vehicle.
Can I wash multiple vehicles with one membership?
No. Unlimited memberships are for a single vehicle. If you'd like to wash more than one vehicle, you will need to open up a separate account for that vehicle.
